We know that not everybody has the time to measure their property, write a full description and then take stunning photos. For just £249 we’ll come along and do it all for you. All you have to do is spend 5 minutes checking the details and then click “make my property live”.

- Flatfee sign board erected at your property
- Web listing and marketing
- Your property e-mail matched to our database of buyers
Referrals: Please note that should one of our agents refer a client to you that results in a sale you will be liable for our £2,000 referral fee. Of course, this only applies if you accept the referral/viewing.

Flatfee.je is dedicated to providing consumer choice, excellent customer service and good old-fashioned value for money. For those customers not wanting to use our Self-Service option we offer a flat 1% for the full service. Regardless of how many agents you put your property with our fee will always be just 1%.
Self-Service customers can upgrade to Full-Service at any time. Once we sell your property we will deduct the fee you've paid from the final post sale bill.
