Getting to grips with Flatfee.je couldn’t be easier. Simply create your account to have full access to all of Flatfee’s products and services. Once you’ve created your account, as a seller you’ll be able to easily add your property details and photos and get on your way to selling your home. As a buyer, you’ll be able to contact sellers, add properties to your favourites list and receive e-mails from sellers marketing their properties.
2 - Marketing - Agent Power
Flatfee.je is all about customer choice. We’ll provide you with the tools to sell your own property and concentrate on getting your property out there on to the general market place. You’ll find all the tools that estate agents use on our site; e-mail property matches, property details creation, open viewing engine, but you’ll also find a few more. For example we included the option to use Google Maps™, to show where your property is located. If you prefer we can take care of everything in a traditional estate agent way but for a flatfee.
3 - Selling - Safe & Secure
Once you’ve decided to sell or rent your property, all you need to do is pay and advertise. For self service customers, you can be contacted by potential buyers/renters, either directly via telephone or email, or through our in built message system for complete privacy. Offers, viewings and general messages alike will be saved in your profile so you can log in anywhere to see what’s going on with your property. We also provide detailed guides on everything you need to know to help you sell your property, from preparing your home for viewing to the legal ins and outs.
4 - Sold - Save Thousands
We care about value for money! Flatfee.je offers you the opportunity to sell your own property or just let us take care of it for you for a reasonable flatfee, it up to you. Selling or renting your own property is, however, easy with Flatfee.je's tools, if you decide to sell your property yourself we are always on the end of the phone with friendly advice.
